1. The promotion period begins on October 1, 2007 and ends at 5:00 pm on October 21, 2007. 2. There will be one (1) grand prize winner of the "Family Getaway Enchanted Raffle." The prize is non-transferable. 3. The prize is a trip for a family of three (3) people to attend the movie premiere of Walt Disney Pictures' "Enchanted" on 17 November 2007 in Hollywood, California. The grand prize package will include three (3) roundtrip coach class tickets from Manila to Los Angeles (MNL-LAX-MNL); four days/ three (3)-night hotel triple occupancy accommodation for three (3) members of the same family; airport transfers between LAX and the hotel; three (3) tickets to the world premiere of Walt Disney Pictures' "Enchanted" in Hollywood; and PhP 25,000 in pocket money. All airline surcharges, travel tax and hotel sales tax are included in the package. Specifically excluded from the package are any items not expressly included above, particularly the following: airport taxes; airport transfers in Manila; gratuities, meals and other incidentals consumed at the hotel and during the trip; extended hotel stay; and the cost of securing or renewing a U.S. visa or any passport. 4. The prize is not convertible to cash. The prizes may be donated to the Sponsor which is not going to get any cash value for any unclaimed or unused prize(s). 5. The winner will be responsible for all applicable income taxes on the prize. 6. The trip must be taken on the dates designated by the Sponsor to coincide with the premiere or the prize will be forfeited. Likewise, if the winner and guests cannot travel on the dates designated by the Sponsor, the winner will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be selected provided there is enough time to make travel arrangements. 7. The trip must originate from Manila, Philippines. No prize substitutions to accommodate the winner will be allowed. 8. The winner and guests must travel together. 9. The guests of the grand prize winner must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and will be required to sign a liability/ publicity release prior to travel. If the guest is a minor, the release must also be signed by the parent or legal guardian who will be accompanying the minor on the trip. 10. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability and the location and date of the movie premiere. Additional restrictions may apply. If for any reason, the premiere of Enchanted is postponed or canceled after the winner has begun the travel portion of the prize, the movie premiere portion of the trip will not be awarded and the winner will receive only the remainder of the prize package. 11. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if made necessary by prize unavailability. 12. The raffle winner will be drawn on Monday, October 22nd by a designated representative of the Board of Trustees of Just For Kids Inc. 13. The raffle will be open to those who meet the following criteria: a. The participant must be a member of The Little Gym. b. The participant must be enrolled in at least 15 classes at any branch of The Little Gym for the Fall Term 2007. The Fall Term runs from 26 August to 15 December 2007. c. The participant's membership fees at The Little Gym must be current (membership fees must be paid for until at least 15 December 2007). d. The participant must have a passport that is valid at least until May 2008, and which must have been issued before October 21st, 2007. e. The participant must have a valid entry visa to the United States, if his or her citizenship requires such for entry into Los Angeles, California. f. The participant must not be an employee, or an employee's immediate family member (spouse, child, parent, sibling or sibling's children), at Just For Kids Inc., Buena Vista International, Gym & Sports Pte. Ltd., Buensalido Public Relations, or the Department of Trade and Industry, or any of their affiliated agencies. 14. Each participant will get one raffle coupon for every PhP10,000 of tuition or membership fees paid to The Little Gym, net of any and all refunds claimed from The Little Gym, since the member's first enrollment at any The Little Gym branch in the Philippines. The raffle coupons are non-transferable. Only the tuition, membership, and birthday bash fees paid for the member who is enrolled in the Fall Term 2007 will count in determining the number of raffle coupons that will be available to that member. Siblings and other relatives will be treated separately and distinctly for this purpose. 15. The raffle coupon must contain the participant's full name; birth date; home address; Fall Term 2007 The Little Gym program; parents' or legal guardians' names and addresses (if different than participant's); and phone numbers including land lines and parent or legal guardian's mobile phone number. 16. The winner cannot claim a refund of the Fall Term 2007 tuition or membership fees for any reason whatsoever, including for any illness that he or she may be diagnosed with, after 22 October 2007. 17. The judges' decision as to the final winner will be final. 18. The winner will be notified in writing through a letter sent by courier and by phone at the number appearing on the raffle coupon. 19. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/ her name, photo and/ or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. 20. Other conditions will apply in order that the Sponsor may fulfill its legal obligations to Walt Disney Pictures, Buena Vista International, and other partners and agents. |
