THE LITTLE GYM AND ENCHANTED'S FAMILY GETAWAY PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES

1. The promotion period begins on October 1, 2007 and ends at 5:00 pm on December 1, 2007.

2. Any child between the ages of 6 months and 12 years old will be eligible to book and attend a trial class at any of The Little Gym's branches in the Philippines during the promotion period.

3. Those who attend the trial class will be able to win the following: (a) one (1) exclusive premium item from Walt Disney Pictures' "Enchanted"; and (b) if they are eligible, one raffle coupon to the grand prize raffle.

4. The grand prize raffle will be open to those who meet the following criteria:

a. The participant must attend one (1) trial class at any The Little Gym branch in the Philippines during the promotion period, and must enroll in and pay for at least 15 classes for the Fall Term 2007, or 15 classes for the Spring Term 2008, at any branch of The Little Gym in the Philippines on the date of the trial class. The Fall Term runs from 26 August to 15 December 2007. The Spring Term 2008 runs from 02 January 2008 to 15 April 2008.

b. The participant must be a new member who has not attended any The Little Gym program in the Philippines.

c. The participant must pay his/ her membership fees at The Little Gym upon enrollment.

d. The participant must have a passport that is valid at least until July 2008, and which must have been issued before the date of enrollment.

e. The participant must not be an employee, or an employee's immediate family member (spouse, child, parent, sibling or sibling's children), at Just For Kids Inc., Buena Vista International, Gym & Sports Pte. Ltd., Buensalido Public Relations, or any of their affiliated agencies.

5. Each eligible participant receives only one (1) raffle coupon.

6. There will be one (1) grand prize winner of the "Hong Kong Disneyland Package." The prize is non-transferable but convertible to cash.

7. Also entrants in the grand prize raffle are the current The Little Gym members who paid for their Spring Term 2008 tuition and membership fees on 23 September 2007 at The Little Gym's Family Sports Day event at the Makati Sports Club.

8. The grand prize is a trip for a family of three (3) people to travel to Hong Kong Disneyland in Hong Kong, SAR, China. The grand prize package will include three (3) roundtrip coach class tickets from Manila to Hong Kong (MNL-HKG-MNL); three days/ two (2)-nights hotel triple occupancy accommodation for three members of the same family; three (3) park tickets to Hong Kong Disneyland; and PhP 10,000 in cash in pocket money. All airline surcharges, travel tax and hotel sales tax are included in the package. Specifically excluded from the package are any items not expressly included above, particularly the following: airport taxes; airport transfers in Manila; gratuities, meals and other incidentals consumed at the hotel and during the trip; extended hotel stay; and the cost of securing or renewing an entry visa or any passport. The trip details are subject to availability of flights and hotel accommodations.

9. The winners will be responsible for all applicable winners' taxes on the grand prize package in excess of PhP 10,000.

10. The grand prize winner must come forward and claim his/ her prize within 60 days of being notified that s/he has won. The trip included in the grand prize must be completed within 6 months of claiming the grand prize. If the winner and guests cannot travel within this 6-month period, the winner will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be selected provided there is enough time to make travel arrangements.

11. The trip must originate from Manila, Philippines. No prize substitutions to accommodate the winner will be allowed.

12. The grand prize winner and guests must travel together.

13. The guests of the grand prize winner must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and will be required to sign a liability/ publicity release prior to travel. If the guest is a minor, the release must also be signed by the parent or legal guardian who will be accompanying the minor on the trip.

14. The raffle winner for the grand prize will be drawn on Sunday, December 2nd at 11:30 A.M. by a designated representative of the Department of Trade and Industry together with the designated representative of the Board of Trustees of Just For Kids Inc.

15. The raffle coupon must contain the participant's full name; birth date; home address; Fall Term 2007 or Spring Term 2008 The Little Gym program; parents' or legal guardians' names and addresses (if different than participant's); parents' or legal guardians' signature and phone numbers including land lines and parent or legal guardian's mobile phone number.

16. The grand prize winner cannot claim a refund of the Fall Term 2007 or Spring Term 2008 tuition or membership fees for any reason whatsoever, including for any illness that he or she may be diagnosed with, after 01 December 2007.

17. Any participant who asks for and receives a refund of the tuition or membership fees that made him/ her eligible to join the grand prize raffle will have his/ her raffle coupon invalidated.

18. The judges' decision as to the final grand prize winner will be final.

19. The grand prize winner will be notified in writing through a letter sent via registered mail and by phone at the number appearing on the raffle coupon.

20. The exclusive premium items from Walt Disney Pictures' "Enchanted" may be claimed between 03 November and 01 December 2007, during regular business hours.

21. By accepting the prizes, the winners consent to the use of his/ her name, photo and/ or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
